board a vessel designated by clients.

| 1. As customer's transaction
needs and basis on mutual acceptance of agreement
between both

1. We will make products
base on clients' specific quality requirement and
create a product data card
to our customers for confirmation.
2. We
take the data card as our standard which is
approved by clients, and take strict inspection
during
the process of mass
production, as well, we welcome our clients and
the quality inspection
organization appointed by our clients to carry out
sampling inspection and supervision. We will
take
action swiftly when
there is any comment during the inspection and
supervision and give our clients a
satisfied answer.
3. According to the
approved sample and product data card, our clients
can arrange inspectation for
finished product after our
production. If the production is not reach the
quality standard or failed to
pass inspection, we will
firmly implement the terms and condition of
contract, and rearrange
production for the goods and compensate for
losing.
4. During the period of quality
warranty, we will be responsible for the problem
related to the area of
our
product quality and concerned product replacement
and transportation fee only. Other extra cost
and liability are not
involved in our
terms. |
